Reservation Policies

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is between 4:00-6:00 pm. Please notify us if you are not able to arrive within the above timeframe. We want to do our best to have someone here to welcome you to the Inn or make other arrangements if needed. Late arrivals may require a self-check-in. If needed, we offer a streamlined self-check-in process with detailed instructions to make it convenient and easy. We are happy to accommodate in this way so you do not feel rushed in your travels!

Check-out is by 11:00am. Due to our thorough cleaning, high turnover, and incoming reservations, we are unable to accommodate late departures past 11:00 am. Thank you in advance for understanding and allowing us the time needed to deep clean between departures and arrivals.

Reservations

Holidays and special event days may be charged at the weekend rate and may require a minimum two-night stay. 

Room rates are monitored frequently and are subject to change based on occupancy and special event or holiday dates. 

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. We accept all major credit cards and U.S. Currency. Rates and policies are based on double occupancy only and are subject to change at any time. 

Full payment will be collected 8 days prior to your stay. 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of reservation and cannot be submitted after your credit card has been charged for the reservation.

Please add the gift certificate code at the bottom of the information page when completing your reservation.  

Any remaining balances on gift certificates may be used for future stays, or any other items for sale at the Inn, but may not be refunded or redeemed for cash. 

Refunds and Cancellations

Full payment for your stay will be collected 8 days prior to your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation and receipt of your payment. 

No charges will be assessed if cancellations are received a minimum of 9 days prior to your reservation date. 

For cancellations received within 8 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged for the entire amount, plus a $35 cancellation fee. We allow you to reschedule your stay within one year of the original reservation date. 

Please understand this is a small luxury bed and breakfast and our primary goal is to have our guests stay as scheduled. When a reservation is canceled, it greatly affects our small business. When a reservation is made, we guarantee your room will not be booked by another party. That room is removed from our available inventory and we lose the opportunity to offer it to others. 

We certainly understand situations may occur that are beyond your control and reservations sometimes need to be canceled. We strongly recommend travel insurance for these unexpected life events.

Dietary Needs and Additional Info

If you have special dietary needs such as food allergies or have specific dietary restraints, please let us know at the time of reservation and we will be happy to do our best to meet those needs.

This luxury Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire, WI Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children under the age of 16.

Smoking/vaping is allowed outdoors only.
